We Have Labeled our Classes with Activity Levels (not to be confused with Skill Level.)
All of our Classes are great for all Levels,* It just depends on what activity level you are looking for that day! Activity Level 1-3
All Levels Class | Activity Level 2 | Temperature Adjusted Accordingly | Windows Open, Weather permitting
A Moderate Level Class focusing on flowing from pose to pose and linking the movement with the breath. The instructor will offer a variety of modifications to encourage participation of everyone. We do sitting, standing, and inverted postures, and suggest challenging variations for more advanced students, yet fun and non-intimidating options for newer students. All Levels - Beginners Welcome!

Use the body, to explore the mind, in this physically adaptable practice for all levels
All Levels Class | Activity Level 2 | Non-Heated | Windows are open, weather permitting
A Gentle Flowing Class that will offer a wide range of poses, to both Awaken and Calm the Mind and Body.
All Levels Class | Activity Level 2/3 | 80-90 Degrees
This is a beautiful flowing practice that will get your heart pumping. Linking movement with breath, classes feature a vigorous sequence including Sun Salutations, Standing Poses, backbends, inversions and optional arm balances and binds. Performed in a heated room and designed to condition the entire body. Individual modifications will be available. All Levels - Beginners Welcome!

This class sweeps away the stress of the day with flowing vinyasa and melts tension through postures for deep release. Features: soft lighting, and sound-therapy wave drum before savasana; infrared panels on as seasonally indicated.

This class will help to restore range of motion, revitalize the tissues and provides the space for you to nurture, soothe and calm yourself. Through the use of props and a warm room, this class will be the ultimate relaxation of your week. Bolsters are supplied, please bring 3 yoga blankets or bath/beach towels to use as support

Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga (Baby Friendly)
All stages of pregnancy, postpartum, and babies up to 9 months are welcome!
This all-levels class, open to all trimesters and postpartum stages, offers a blend of strengthening, relaxation, mindfulness, breath work, and body awareness.
Prenatal yoga helps prepare your body and mind for pregnancy, birth, and recovery. Practicing yoga postpartum offers numerous benefits, supporting a new mother’s physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Practicing yoga with your baby can strengthen the emotional and physical bond between parent and child.
Expect a relaxed and supportive environment where you can connect with other pregnant and postpartum women.
Please bring a yoga mat and any props you prefer to support your pregnancy or postpartum journey. We have blocks and bolsters available to borrow. We recommend bringing a blanket or towel for prenatal support or to place your baby on.

If you're expecting, we suggest that you reach out to us to book a private lesson with one of our prenatal teachers. A prenatal teacher can show you modifications for postures to accommodate a safe practice through your pregnancy

This workshop will allow you to experience profound healing, relaxation & rejuvenation of the body using the science of yoga.
The class will begin with movement through classic sun salutation. This will be followed by a deep relaxation through yoga nidra, traditional Indian ghee lamp meditation. The class will end with blissful mantra chanting.
Yoga nidra is a powerful technique derived from the tantras in which you learn to relax with total awareness. Ghee lamp meditation or trataka is a technique used in meditation practice and is one of the six purification techniques in yoga. Mantra chanting has been long used in cultures around the world for healing. Each mantra is a sacred sound formula that has a specific focus and energy.

Yin + Yoga Nidra: Moving Toward Stillness with Tracy Blasioli, 500-CYT🕯
Join Tracy for an evening of restoration and nourishment inspired by this current season of change and the uncertainty of these times. With the abundance of subtle qualities circulating upon the Autumn winds, our minds and bodies can feel overwhelmed and unsettled. Together, we will venture toward the apex of stillness, Winter Solstice, with a practice that invites energy inward and invokes a sense of grounding, warmth and internal balance.
Workshop will include yin yoga woven together with slow-rhythmic vinyasa, mudra and breathing practices. Closing with guided Yoga Nidra to create balance for the unrest of mind, body and spirit, while releasing physical tension and deeply rooted emotions. Modifications offered to create an accessible space for all experience.

Enjoy a Sound Meditation Concert with The Conduit🎄❤️🧘
The studio will be decorated for the holidays and what's more magical than that and relaxing to the soothing sounds of live gongs and singing bowls washing over you for deep meditative bliss.
In The Conduit’s sound-meditation, we quickly access the benefits of a deep mediation practice, without needing any experience or special techniques. Attendants will experience a live sound journey, finding stillness through the orchestration, allowing a deep connection to the space within one’s heart, mind and body. As the vibrations gently hold us, we are able to release mental and emotional blockages, and invite & strengthen a connection with our highest self.
Please bring props for your comfort. A zero gravity chair is perfect - or a beach towel with a yoga mat and a pillow & blanket would work as well. Water and eye coverings are also encouraged.
